Why your Environment Matters?

Many times, we are constantly absorbing who we are consistently around. Meaning in certain situations our problems or feelings aren't ours, it's because we've become too attached to their emotions. Your environment also matters for your mental sake. Environment is not only with friends, but anyone or anything you have relations, or even just constantly around. Environment can also be your room, if it's dirty or cluttered that can negatively affect you. Make sure your circle or area helps you positively and not negatively.

I remember I was sad a lot of times because my circle was full of dramatic people, when half the stuff I was feeling wasn't even what I needed in my life. Once my circle changed, I became joyful and positive. Even though I go through things daily my environment helps motivate me to keep going in life. God doesn't want us to be miserable in life!

If you want a positive life, then surround yourself with a positive environment, whether it's friends, family, or even a serious relationship. God desires for us to be at peace. For John 14:27 says, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Since it's mental health awareness month, I want us to be mindful of what we are constantly absorbing in life. YOUR ENVIRONMENT MATTERS.
